DAY 38 KINGSMAN, ARIZONA WAITING ON RV TO BE FIXED

                                        DAY 38                                                     Mon. July 25
Thad woke up at 6:30 and rode his bike over had breakfast and checked at the service station to see if they could get to our RV. He came back and told us to get up fast because they could get to it right away. We drove over to the service station to drop it off and then headed to Carl's Jr. for some breakfast. We ate and then hung out for a couple of hours to kill some time. The kids didn't mind because they had wi-fi. Then we headed back to the RV park. The lady that runs it told us that we could hang out there at the pool with the kids until they got our RV fixed. That was a blessing..we didn't have to get a room or hang out at a service station all day. The kids swam for a few hours and then Thad walked over to get us some drinks and chips to eat until the RV was ready.

Like Thad thought, it was the fuel pump and they should have it ready around 3:00 or 3:30. We got the kids out of the pool and had them change and sat in the shade on a patio to wait for the RV. They are test driving it now. Finally, it is ready we are loading up and filling up on propane and then we are out of here. It really hasn't been bad until the last 2 hours just waiting knowing that it could be ready at anytime and Paisley and Kali touched a cactus on the patio which added to the excitement. Believe it or not Kali didn't cry. Paisley was a different story because the lady yelled when she saw it happen and it scared her more than anything. She fell asleep and I put her in the back. The kids are working on their journals and I am sitting up front with Thad. We only have a couple of hours before we reach Williams, Arizona. We ran into a thunderstorm and some hard rain but it didn't last too long. Then we finally made it to the campsite. Guess what they didn't have any campsites. We headed just down the road to another campsite. It is called Canyon Gateway RV Park.
We are happy to be here and settled. I am starting some hamburger helper and tacos. The boys headed to the front office because the internet picks up better there on their ipods. We ate supper, had showers, and then The Duke's and bed.
