DAY 10 HEADING TO GLACIER NATIONAL PARK

DAY 10

We woke up around 8:00 this morning to wash up all the clothes and towels. That was Thad's idea.....when we do laundry 2 days in a row it usually means that we might be going somewhere that doesn't have laundry. We cleaned up the RV while we waited for the clothes and the kids played pool again. It is 10:00, we are going to take a picture beside the bear up front and then head out.

We stopped by Walmart in Helena, Montana and there were seagulls everywhere in the parking lot. I thought that was weird.

We put up the groceries and headed towards Glacier. This has been the longest day in the RV. I knew this day was coming I just wasn't sure how long that it would take. We haven't run the generator because we haven't needed the AC and we are trying to save gas. So we don't have much time to get things charged  and they can't watch movies so it has taken its toll.. I normally don't like to use the "S" word but today I have said shut up all day long..... These kids laugh and talk more about farting than anyone I have ever seen. That makes me crazy. I think that everyone has been threatened today and now Thad has decided to punish them by making them sit up front with him. I told them that was the best seat because you got to see everything up there. Nobody was impressed though. We started to see some mountains and hills on the way so that thrilled them a little. Thad saw a bear after a mama and a baby bear and we stopped in the side of the road to get a picture.
It was allot further away than it look. Here is how far we are away from it.

We stopped at a gas station where we saw a dog that looked like Socks. We finally made it to Glacier National Park and the views are great.

We saw these goats crossing the road as soon as we got here.
We are staying at Two Medicine Campgrounds. Then we are going to drive through the park tomorrow.

These squirrels and chipmunks are everywhere
Look how tiny this one is.

Thad's favorite spot.... by the campfire

This is one of my favorite spots...so beautiful.

The only problem with this place is the monster mosquitoes... They are everywhere. We sprayed Paisley with bug spray and it broke her out. I am glad that I brought Benadryl. She will look better in no time. Hot dogs over the campfire, baths, and then to bed..
